Action Plan for the Central Mediterranean
Dear European Commission,
On 21 November 2022, the European Commission announced its proposal for an ‘Action Plan for Central Mediterranean to address immediate challenges’.

In this regard, under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, we are requesting:
1) all correspondence - including but not limited to e-mails, letters, notes, phone call logs and any other messages exchanged, as well as all annexes and attachments - regarding, discussing or mentioning the proposed Action Plan.
2) for any meetings held regarding, to discuss or to elaborate the proposed Action Plan:
- the agenda of each meeting;
- a list of all attendees, including job title and name of the agency, governmental body, European institution, organisation or entity each attendee represents;
- all reports, summaries, minutes, notes, or record-keeping of any kind produced as an outcome of these meetings;
- all supporting material used during the course of this meeting, such as presentations, audiovisual material, as well as briefings, drafts, notes, or any other relevant document, including all annexes;
- all documents created or received in preparation for each of these meetings;
- all documents created in the aftermath or as a follow-up to each of these meetings.
- all documents used as a basis or in support of the proposed Action Plan, such as studies, reports, analysis, statistics, evaluations, briefings, and/or proposals or recommendations by third parties or stakeholders of any kind.
