auf Basis der Verordnungen 1049/2001 sowie 1367/2006 bitte ich Sie um Übersendung von Dokumenten, die folgende Informationen enthalten:
Berichte oder Unterlagen zu Fällen, aus denen hervorgeht in welchen Situationen sich die türkische Küstenwache "kooperativ" verhielt indem sie "Boote mit Flüchtlingen in türkischen Gewässern übernehme", vgl. "Frontex meldet EU-Kommission provokative Manöver der Türkei in der Ägäis", RND/dpa vom 6. Mai 2021, https://www.rnd.de/politik/frontex-meldet-eu-kommission-provokative-manoever-der-tuerkei-in-der-aegaeis-MY5DMPOZKOX76VS45EFNV2WURE.html;
