Enforcement of the Schrems II ruling of the ECJ
- The number of complaints received against an unlawful third-country transfer under the "Schrems II" ruling (ECJ Case C-311/18).
- A (generic) breakdown according to what was the cause and subject of the respective complaint (e.g., by service: video conferencing tools or office applications with third-country transfer; e.g., by process: transfer of metadata that cannot be disabled by the system, without also eliminating update possibility; e.g., by data: Employee or patient data; e.g. by recipient country: USA, China).
- the number of how many of these complaints were closed, and the number or relative frequency of circumstances in which transfer was suspended
- the number of investigations conducted on the above matter in own action, as well as how many of these investigations were completed and the number or relative frequency of matters in which transmission was suspended
- the number of remedial orders issued by a competent data protection supervisory authority (e.g., Art. 58, Para. 2 GDPR), separated by remedial order (warning, caution, etc.), and the number of circumstances in which the transfer was suspended without formal remedial order
