They presented the state of play concerning the 3 antitrust cases: On Google Shopping, they are confident that the compliance measures submitted - based on equal treatment of Google Shopping and other shopping comparison sites - are sufficient to address the prohibition decision of the Commission. This notwithstanding their challenge of the Commission decision in front of the Court. On the Android case, they are very worried that a possible prohibition decision would lead to a fundamental change in the way the Android environment functions, without any clear benefits for consumers or application developers. On AdSense, they are expecting a prohibition decision, although they would have preferred a commitment decision. We also briefly discussed oceans. I suggested that Google 1 ) contributes to improving ocean literacy and to raising awareness of the importance of sustainable ocean use, e.g. by having a thematic logo for World Oceans Day on 8 June, and 2) announces commitments at the 2018 Our Ocean Conference.
