The European Parliament’s offices will be closed from 23 December 2019 to 3 January 2020. Applications for access to documents will not be registered until 6 January 2020. The period within which a reply must be given to your applications (15 working days, as laid down in Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001) will therefore commence on that date. Les bureaux du Parlement européen seront fermés du 23 décembre 2019 au 3 janvier 2020. Les demandes d'accès aux documents ne seront enregistrées qu'à partir du 06 anvier 2020.Par conséquent, le délai de 15 jours ouvrables pour répondre à vos demandes (conformément à l’article 7.1 du Règlement (CE) n° 1049/2001) courra à partir de cette même date. Die Büros des Europäischen Parlaments bleiben vom 23. Dezember 2019 bis zum 3. Januar 2020 geschlossen. Anträge auf Zugang zu Dokumenten können erst ab dem 6. Januar 2020 registriert werden. Die Frist von 15 Werktagen zur Beantwortung Ihrer Anträge (gemäß Artikel 7 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1039/2001) läuft daher erst ab diesem Datum.

Our reference: A(2020)55 Dear Mr Filter, Following your application, under Regulations (EC) Nos 1049/2001 and 1367/2006, for public access to: A) "documents that protocol[led] the deletion/destruction of media files of the Parliament's Audio-visual service between 15 November 2019 and 31 December 2019" and B) "all documents regarding the Parliament's Audio-visual service backup strategy and data retention for: 1) all documents and files 2) for media files such as images or videos specifically", Parliament has identified several relevant documents. In relation to point A), please find herewith the links to the following documents: 1.
