The questionnaire initiated by Czech National Desk in 2018 about conditions for an authorisation of covert investigations conducted by officers acting covertly or using false identities as understood by Article 14 of the 2000 Convention and Article 29 EIO DIR, and the answers of the replying Member States which cooperation instrument they, as executing state, would expect a foreign authority to use if the latter were asking for an agent from the executing state to be used in the investigation in the territory of the issuing state. I am referring to the Report on Eurojust’s casework in the field of the European Investigation Order published in November 2020.
