Dear Transparency Office, thank you very much. Is the Agreement with Turkey really the only one that refers to Liaison Officers? There is no similar agreement with Niger, Serbia or another country? Dear Transparency Office, it would be much appreciated if you could just answer with a "yes" or "no". From your response of 13 February it's not clear whether this is the only agreement you have since you only refer to "the document" without mentioning whether there are more.
