The information submitted under Article 3 General Conditions of the Agreement for the financial\nyear 14/11/2018 to 13/11/2019 is properly presented, complete and accurate;\n\nDD\n\nThe expenditure was used for its intended purpose as defined in Annex I ofthe Agreement;\n\n3. The control systems put in place give the necessary assurances that the underlying transactions\nwere managed in accordance with the provision ofthis Agreement.\n\n4. The Organization performed the activities in compliance with the obligations laid down in the\nAgreement and applying the accounting, internal control, audit systems, and procedures for grants\nand procurement, including a review procedure, referred to in Article 1.3 of the Special Conditions\nand which have been positively assessed in the ex-ante pillars assessment.\n\nFurthermore, I confirm that I am not aware of any undisclosed matter which could harm the interests\nofthe European Union.\n\n\\Vianna II N1 INN.",
