"content": "Dear Frontex, \r\nunder the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in the Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting: \r\n\r\nI am referring to a press release from Europol from March 2014 (https://www.europol.europa.eu/newsroom/news/criminal-groups-extort-european-relatives-of-kidnap-victims) In this statement Europol is outlining the kidnapping of migrants and subsequent extortion of their relatives or friends who are residing in Europe.
