"content": "Dear Ms Deleja-Hotko,\r\nWe acknowledge receipt of your e-mail of 7 February 2023.\r\nYour e-mail was initially addressed to DG HOME, however as DG NEAR handled your request, your e-mail was forwarded to NEAR ACCDOC TEAM.\r\nWe would like to inform you that according to the acknowledgment receipt that we received, the documents were delivered to you on the 06 December 2022.\r\nIn addition, as you can see in the letter of the reply to your initial request, in the part for the “Means of Redress”, it is mentioned that: “In accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, you are entitled to make a confirmatory application requesting the Commission to review this position. Such a confirmatory application should be addressed within 15 working days upon receipt of this letter to the Secretary-General of the Commission…”.\r\nTherefore, you were entitled to submit a confirmatory application until the 6 January 2023.
