Un your message you specify that you only wish to receive the list of the rejected projects under the funding schemes ‘Research and Innovation Action’ (RIA) and ‘Innovation Action’ (IA) based on ethical and human rights-based grounds after performing all steps of their respective ‘Ethics Appraisal Scheme, in the framework programmes HORIZON 2020 and HORIZON EUROPE.\n\n\nPlease note that as falling withing the scope of your request we can only consider the rejected projects under the funding schemes ‘Research and Innovation Action’ (RIA) and ‘Innovation Action’ (IA) based on ethical and human rights-based grounds after performing all steps of their respective ‘Ethics Appraisal Scheme’ under the competences of our Agency (the European Research Executive Agency - REA).\n\n\nIn accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application will be handled within 15 working days. As mentioned in our previous message the time limit for handling your application will start running when we receive the requested clarifications.
