you must be incredibly busy with the preparations for the upcoming dialogue. Allow me one question nevertheless:
Next Thursday there will be a meeting between your deputy gouvernorÜ 34 our deputy Ü together
with Mr. Hufeld, head of BaFin and who is the responsible DG for financial regulation in the German MofF.
Do you think it would be possible for to stay behind after the meeting and have a talk over lunch with a
colleague responsible for fintech regulation or internet finance? You mentioned PBoC would like a fintech
agreement so there should be some interest from your side as well. [is not interested in a high-Ievel talk
but rather in an informal meeting to discuss the state of affairs in China and Germany over lunch
