10. Decision of the Management Board adopting Working Arrangement with Guinea The Chair notified that the formal decision could not be taken as the reply from the COM has not yet been received, and proposed that the decision is adopted in written procedure, after all necessary procedural steps are fulfilled. ED briefed about the proposed arrangement presenting background, preparatory steps as well as the main objectives. Supporting documents were uploaded on FOSS. COM informed that the internal consultations were to be concluded on 12 June, and that the expected decision could be rather positive. The COM would provide the formal decision as soon as it available. The Chair concluded that once the decision from the COM has been received, the draft of the WA will have to be sent to the EP and will also need to be initialled, after that it will be proposed to be adopted in written procedure. 13/22
