The blanked out parts contain sensitive operational details related to the
implementation of joint return flights. Disclosing them would expose certain
means applied in those activities, creating security gaps and thus affecting the
implementation of ongoing and future return operations. This in turn would
hamper the EU's policy of managing irregular migration. In light of this, those
parts are not disclosed pursuant to the exception laid down in the first indent of
Article 4(1)(a) of Regulation No 1049/2001 relating to the protection of the
