Text Removed - Technical Equipment crew member had a moped accident and
was transported to Samos Hospital. The symptoms were: pain in the left leg. No
other persons were involved in the accident.

The first X-ray the diagnostic says that the lower lef leg bone was broken while
accident (falling from the moped). The Text Removed - Human Resources was
tested for alcohol and the result was zero. He is in the hospital of Samos after
needed surgery.

The Text Removed - Human Resources is in the stable condition. Text Removed -
Reporting Tools.

Personal data

After injury crew member stayed in hospital from 3rd of August till 8th of
August, in hotel from 8th of August till 12th of August, on 13th of August was
transported back Text Removed - Reporting Tools. Text Removed - Reporting
Tools. Currently crew member is running rehabilitation and after completion of
it will continue service Text Removed - Reporting Tools.

In the early morning hours the one of the Text Removed - Technical Equipment
Crew Members was transported to the hospital in Samos due to the following
symptoms: vomiting of the blood, havy headache and dizziness. Initial
examination gave an assumption that it might be caused by the overdosed pain
killer and aspirne pills.

The Text Removed - Human Resources was left in the hospital for further
examination and observation. Text Removed - Reporting Tools has been
informed.

29.07.2018 Today after the second blood transfusion the medical status of the

crewmember is significantly improved. In the next days, further investigation
will reveal the real cause and decide if the patient can safely travel Text
Removed - Reporting Tools. For the moment Text Removed - Human Resources
crewmember will remain hospitalized continuing the prescribed treatment.

01.08.2018 The results of the investigations did not reveal any other problems
and the incident has been caused by the ingestion of Aspirin. Medical protocol
requires that the patient should stay more time (usually 2 days) in the hospital
until some indicators are verified before he is able to travel back home safely.

ESP/SASEMAR + ESP/GC

On 27/07/18 at 19:15 LT a Pleasure boat called EVASION Ill informed
ESP/SASEMAR/HQ about a corpse wearing an orange lifejacket, in advance state
of decay floating Text Removed - Operational Area. At 20:10 LT Text removed -
Technical Equipment was dispatched to the area, recovered the corpse from the
water and took it to Text Removed - Operational Area.

Text Removed - Reporting Tools has taken care of the investigations.

In case more information about the SIR is found, it will be updated
