First time the event happened in the night from November 7th 2018. After landing the interviewee and other migrants were attacked by people Text Removed – Sensitive Operational Information. They (migrants) were forced to go back through the river after their valuables were taken away, after the men were stripped naked and after they were beaten. again. Afterwards they were pushed back again through the river. The migrant (interviewee) was apprehended at Text Removed – Operational Area on 14.11.2018, hidden in a truck trailer together with four other migrants, coming from TUR. The interview was performed at premises of Text Removed – Operational Area by the Text Removed – Human Resources (Text Removed – Human Resources, Text Removed – Human Resources and Text Removed – Human Resources) on 16/11/2018. The interviewee was informed by Text Removed – Reporting Tools about the possibility to submit a Complaint as described in the Text Removed – Reporting Tools. No such intention was expressed. The interviewee couldn’t provide any additional detailed information which would support the identification of the location of the alleged unprocessed return and the description of the persons involved in the alleged incidents.                                         On 13-11-2018 Text Removed – Human Resources from Text Removed – Reporting
                                        Tools (Text Removed – Reporting Tools) during their patrolling detected one
                                        vehicle (mini van) that had overturned, due to its high speed, in the Provincial
                                        Road close to Sofiko village (direction to Thourio village). At that time forty six
Information/allegations                 (46) persons [thirty two(32)IRQ, thirteen (13) PSE and one(01) AFG)] on board
                                        have been reported by Text Removed – Human Resources on spot and one (01)
                                        Text Removed -Sensitive Operational Information connected to the case. All of
                                        them were transported to Didymoteicho Hospital in order to receive the proper
                                        medical treatment and eighteen (18) of them remained hospitalized.
                                        Additionally, on 14-11-2018 at 12:00, one of the hospitalized person got out of

the Hospital Text Removed – Reporting tools. In conclusion forty five (45)
                         migrants [thirty two(32) IRQ, twelve (12) PSE and one (01) AFG)] illegal migrants
                         and Text Removed – Sensitive Operational Information, arrested by the Text
                         Removed – Human Resources of Text Removed – Operational Area. Text
                         Removed – Reporting tools.
                         The persons have been transferred to Didymoteicho Hospital in order to receive
Measures/actions taken   the proper medical treatment. Condition of the seventeen (17) persons which
                         are still hospitalized is stable and there is no risk for their lifes.
