Dear ,
I am pleased to inform you that the final invoice n° T05.330 (Your ref. 259-1) to the above
indicated contract has been processed. The payment of EUR 135.624 was transferred to your
bank account.
According to our records the project is completed. Consequently, we understand that you have no
further payment claims to submit. In order to ensure a smooth ending of the activities, the
Commission would appreciate receiving confirmation thereof in writing within 20 calendar days.
Otherwise, should you have further claims we should receive it within 20 calendar days from the
date of this letter. After that date the funds related to your contract will be de-committed and no
further payment will be possible.
