Hallo
hier wie besprochen die Talking Points zum Arbeitsniveau bei Tesla zur Vorbereitung von BM Heil:
+ Teslas Ziel ist es den gesamten europäischen Automarkt zu bedienen, der sehr anspruchsvoll und
qualitätsorientiert ist (siehe Wettbewerber).
+ Deutsche und europäische Kunden legen Wert auf Qualität und Alltagstauglichkeit. Nur qualitativ
hervorragende Produkte können breite Käuferschichten überzeugen, die Energie- und Verkehrswende mit
Kauf entsprechender Produkte zu beschleunigen statt zu produktqualitativ wertigen, aber herkömmlichen
Fahrzeugen zu greifen.
+ Tesla braucht also Fabriken, die so gut sind wie die Produkte selbst.
+ Dafür sucht Tesla engagierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfung auf
allen Erfahrungs-, Ausbildungs- und Qualifizierungsniveaus.
+ Bei den Arbeitsbedingungen orientiert sich am Industrieniveau und bezahlt marktübliche und
wettbewerbsfähige Gehälter.

DG COMP accepts the changes to the monitoring provisions you proposed.
On the more general question of we received the answer:
“We cannot really answer at this stage one way or the other. It is much preferable to look at these aspects in a more
careful manner at the stage of definition of the monitoring trustee’s work plan.”
To be frank here: We believe that DG COMP will approach this topic in a pragmatic and sensible manner. We also
think that there is nothing more to be gained at this stage.
With a view on tomorrow’s notification, we therefore strongly suggest that you confirm the present text and we will
engage in trilateral discussions on the details at the earliest convenience.

very good news: DG COMP has just confirmed to us that
a) your file is ripe for notification in its present form (including the text on monitoring as preliminarily
confirmed by earlier today), and
b) notification of the entire IPCEI can take place on Thu, Dec. 10th.
They further told us that it would be sufficient to make the text on monitoring a part of the German notification.
That means that they will not include it in their decision.
We can either include the text in your PP or submit it as a separate annex to your file.
Please give us in writing asap your definite agreement to the text on monitoring as attached and tell us which way
you prefer.
In case you prefer implementing it into your PP, please make no changes to the text and re-submit your PP to the
project agency by tomorrow 3pm.
In case you prefer the annex, we only need the definite agreement by tomorrow 3pm.
