 heide, Brandenburg for



 The construction of Tesla's car factory in Gruenheide is of great economic im-
 portance for the german federal state of Brandenburg. The factory Is currently under
 construction with a very tight schedule.

 Tesla Manufacturing Brandenburg SE has declared to the Ministry of Economic Af-
 falrs, Labour and Energy Brandenburg that the business trip of the company em-
ployee                    is of the utmost importance to ensure the swift progress in
 the construction of the Gigafactory Gruenheide, Brandenburg.

The employee is allowed to enter the country Ifthe conditions for entry are consid-
ered by the authorities as given, In accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
