Before you contact us: FragDenStaat is not a public authority! Please read up on what FragDenStaat is and what it is not:

What is FragDenStaat?

FragDenStaat is a civil society platform for freedom of information run by the non-profit Open Knowledge Foundation e.V. With FragDenStaat, you can submit Freedom of Information Act requests to German and EU public authorities to ask for official documents - such as how much money a ministry spends on consultations.

What isn't FragDenStaat?

FragDenStaat is not a public authority, but is operated by a non-governmental organisation. Furthermore, FragDenStaat is not a portal with which you can process personal requests, such as a housing registration or other official applications concerning your person - you can only use FragDenStaat for freedom of information requests. For official matters, contact the relevant authority.
