Frontex wants me to clarify my request. What does that mean?

This is a strategy applied by Frontex to make it harder to file requests. If you are not sure how to clarify your request, you can ask Frontex what should be clarified exactly. You could, for example, provide more dates around the documents - for example, not only request a document on a case, but request a document from the year 2021 on a case. If that doesn’t help, you can contact us or ask the Ombudsman for help.
