HAVE AGREED

On the Special Conditions and the following Annexes:

Annex I General Conditions

Annex Il Profiles for the experts?

Annex Ill Minimum requirements for technical equipment under a pilot project on asset deployment {if
applicable)

Annex IV Minimum requirements for technical equipment in joint operations (if applicable)

Annex V Estimated budget

Annex VI Beneficiary’s offer for Annual Bilateral Negotiations (if applicable) and/or Beneficiary’s offer of unit
costs (if applicable)

Annex VII REM Guidelines (if applicable)

which form an integral part of this Agreement, "the Agreement”.

The terms set out in the Special Conditions shall take precedence over those set out in the other parts of the Agreement.
The terms of the General Conditions shall take precedence over the other Annexes.

! For the purposes of this agreement the term “Beneficiary” includes national authorities of the Member States (MS) or the Schengen Associated Countries
(SAC).
