The 14 documents made available to you on 17 November 2021 were identified by Frontex with reference to paragraph 1 of your initial application. In Frontex’ understanding, paragraphs 2 and 3 of your initial application refer to specific provisions of the European Border and Coast Guard Regulation1, namely the second subparagraph of Article 109(3) in conjunction with Article 109(3)(e), and respectively Article 111(6) of that Regulation. Frontex does not hold documents matching the criteria provided by you. In any event, giving your initial application a broad reading in its entirety, Frontex had also considered any available correspondence in reply to the 14 documents disclosed to you. Consequently, I uphold the decision of 17 November 2021 as explained and motivate it further by noting that Frontex had also considered any available correspondence in reply to the 14 documents disclosed to you. This led to no further documents being identified.
