After detecting the boat, HCG maritime assets (no co-financed) tried to intercept and immobilize it at the borderline using loud speakers and police lights with negative results. The migrants in their attempt to enter the HTW showed aggressive behavior towards the Text Removed - Reporting Tools which put them in immediate danger. Nevertheless, situations consisting of aggressive behaviour or jeopardising safety onboard Frontex or Text removed - Reporting Tools assets should not be neglected, but national responsible authorities should be officially informed so a legal procedure could be initiated.
