    5.      The Training Centre will provide the Tutor with an individual report on the
            performance of each trainee,
    6"      Trainees shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and
            procedures of the Hsst Nation and Training Centre.
    7,      Trainees will not perform duties reserved, by the laws and/or regulalions of
           the Host Nation, for offirers or emplnyees <if $pain.
    &,     The Tulor, will liaise witlr the Training Centre and the SOT to receive
           guidance on policies and adrninistrative matters affecting the Trainees,
    g.     The Trainees will be required to comply with the uniform regulations in use
           by the Libyan Armed Forces.
    1il.   lf requested by th* regulations of the Training Centre, shall also wear
           specific badges t* identify their nationality, rank, and stalus.
    11.    Far safety rea$on$ in pa*icular lraining conditions, there shall be a
           requirem*nt to wear appr*priate wCIrking uniforrns.
    12"    Upon successful cornpletiop of each training package, each Trainee will
           receive a certificate sf attendance which willbe issued by ENFM.

 IV" SELECTICIN OF TR.AIHEES              AilD RELATEB INFORMATION.

 1.         Libyan candidates will be seiecled by the Libyan Committee o{ fxpe*s
            according to the criteria stated in Annex C of the [4OU.
2.          INFM and the $lVlA reserve the right to refuse acce$s ts the training to
            the candidates that do not fulfilsecurig and vettlng requirements.
3.          Libyan candidates havs to sign the form provided in annex D of the MOU
           giving their writing consent to ths processlng and use of personal data in
           accordance with Cauncil Ds*ision 2016/993 articte 2a point 5.
4.         ENFM will collecf, prssess and siore necessary rnedical inforrnalion
           biomelric data and interyiews' inforrnation of trainees with their wrillen
           consent in aecordance with Council Decision 2016/993 article 2a point 5.
5.         Personaldaia will be.only stored, pracessed and handled for selection and
           training purpose$.

V"         LOGISTIC AND MEPIGAL $UPPORT.

1         The l-lost Nation will ensure the provision af lhe required support as stated
          in Annex A to ttris Arrangement.
2-        $afety equipment and sperific training clothing to be used during pariicular
          exercises   al the Training fenlre, if           required,   will be an   ENFM
         responsibilily. The training renlre has to provide a list of those rnaterials
         NLT 45 days beiore the start of the training in case that has to be provided
         by ENFM.

 4.      The participants will cooperate in the investigation of any offenses under
         the laws or regulalions of either participant,
 5.      The Training Centre Commander may not take any disciplinary action
         against a Trainee.

X.       SETTLEII'IFNT OF DISPI.ITES.

         Any dispute regarding the interpretation or implementation af           ihis
         Arrangement is to be settled only by consultation among the participants
         and is not to be referred to any national or international tribunal rir any
         other third party for settlement.

XI.      COMMENCEMENT, AMFNDMHNT, AND TERMINATION.

1.       This Arrangement is to commenc€ on the date of the last signature thereto
         and is to rernain in effect until completion of the TP2.
2"       lt. may be extended further or modified upon written consent of the
         participanfs. at any time in writing with the mutual con$ent of all the
         pa*icipant*.
3,       Either pariicipant may.tenlinate this Arrangementat any tirne. However,
         the terminating participant will andeavour to provide at least 72 hours
         written notice to the ather participant prior to,termination.
4.       The respective rights and responsibilities of the participants under section
         {Logistic Support}, section {Finance}, section {Security of lnformation) of
         this arrangement shall *ontinue, notwithstanding the termination or
         expiration of this arrangement.
