On 26/08/2019 [Text removed-Human resources]who were performing border checks on the national road close to [Text removed-Operational area]village witnessed a diversion of vehicle with [Text removed-Sensitive Operational information]. The driver of the vehicle probably tried to avoid the check and started speeding when spotted the patrol car. Sixteen male persons on board have been reported by [Text removed-Human resources]on the spot. Six of them were instantly killed. The remaining ten persons have been transported in the hospital in order to receive proper medical treatments as they were injured and hospitalized. No travel document were found. The Fact of the case nationalities of the injured people according to their statements are [Text removed-Personal data]. The nationalities of the six killed persons have not been identified, the investigation is still ongoing. The driver of the vehicle (facilitator) was a [Text removed-Sensitive Operational information and the co-driver (facilitator) [Text removed-Sensitive Operational information. They both tried to escape and finally they were arrested at a distance of three KM from the point, close to [Text removed- Operational area]village. They have been aslo hospitalized to [Text removed-Operational area ]hospital and [Text removed- Sensitive Operational information]. All persons involved have been transferred to [Text removed- Operational area] hospital in order to receive the proper medical treatment. The autopsy has been requested by [Text removed- Measures         Human resources] for the six killed persons in order to identify the reason of the death. On 27.08.2019, about 00:40 hrs, in the area of village of [Text removed-Operational area] a [Text removed-Human resources]Border Police apprehended seven persons (five male, Fact of the case one female, one minor male). They alleged to be IRQ nationals without document who tried to cross the state border illegaly. Upon arrival, [Text removed-Human resources] found also one dead body of a man, with unknown ID and nationality, supposed IRQ national.. The body of migrant has been transported to [Text removed- Measures         Operational area ]Emergency Hospital. The autopsy is going to be performed as normal procedure. Further investigation in order to assess nationality and reason the Assessment death are ongoing. Final outcome    No additional information received.

3/09/19, 11:48 LT, merchant vessel detected 02 people on the water [Text removed-Operational area]. [Text removed- Technical equipment] was dispatched and at 12:43 LT, intercepted the migrants who were being assisted by merchant Fact of the case vessel's crew. During the pre-departure and inflight phase of the return operation one returnee started to act out to harm himself. Among other things he tried to break his own fingers, bit his tongue and spat the blood on the Text Removed – Human Resources. During the inflight phase he also bit one of the Text Removed – Human Resources seriously in the lower arm. During the whole time he was threatening the Text Removed – Human Resources and their family’s life, he promised that he would come back and rape and slaughter their wives and kill other Text Removed – Human Resources unfaithful. His behaviour started to affect at least seven of the other returnees and the situation escalated into a small riot. He was restrained but continued this behaviour for about 4 hours when the doctor after once again evaluated the serious situation together with the Text Removed – Human Resources on board and decided to give him adequate Fact of the case treatment to prevent him from further hurting himself and secure the safety of the flight. Upon arrival he walked from the plane by himself Text Removed – Reporting Tools but screamed at the Text Removed – Human Resources and continued to scream and shout in the arrival hall. He had wounds in his moth after biting himself and wounds on his wrist Text Removed – Reporting Tools. The returnee was asked by Text Removed – Human Resources if he would complain through the complaint mechanism but it was impossible to get an answer, the answer was “Go away you cunt”. IOM´s doctor on ground in Kabul airport did a medical check-up on him and confirmed that the wounds were self-inflicted also IPSO (International PsychoSocial Organisation) talked to him and said that he doesn´t have a psychosis or any mental illness. After one hour he was accepted by the afghan authorities. Text Removed – Reporting Tools.
