Last week, the German Data Protection Conference published a summary of its assessment of the current Microsoft 365 Data Processing Addendum, including the current version dated September 15, 2022 (see https://www.bfdi.bund.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/DE/DSK/DSKBeschluessePositionspapiere/104DSK-Festlegung-Microsoft-Onlinedienste.html). I am asking for you to provide a copy of the full report. Please also provide me with documents that document the discussion process within the state government (e.g., templates, handouts, recommendations). This is an application for file information pursuant to Art. 39 of the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG), Art. 3 para. 1 of the Bavarian Environmental Information Act (BayUIG), insofar as environmental information within the meaning of § 2 para. 3 of the Federal Environmental Information Act (UIG) is concerned, and § 2 para. 1 of the Act on the Improvement of Health-Related Consumer Information (VIG), as far as consumer information is concerned. If these laws are not relevant, I ask you to treat the question as a citizens' request. If you believe that the file information is subject to a fee, please let me know in advance, stating the amount of the costs. In my opinion, this is simple information with little effort. There are therefore no fees. If you are not responsible for this application, please forward it to the competent authority and inform me about it.
