Dear DG Near, On 17 March, DG Near requested a fair solution in view of the large number of documents that fall under my initial request of 25 January. Understanding DG Near's arguments, I would like to give priority to the following documents: In the first place, all documents falling under: 4) CONTRACT 347020 SUPPORT TO RIGHT BASED MIGRATION MANAGEMENT AND ASYLUM SYSTEM IN LIBYA (COMPONENT 1) Followed by all documents falling under: 3) CONTRACT 1800 EUTF-NOAREG-15 (ICMPD) LIBYA'S MIGRATION TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FACILITY (LIBMITAF) And finally, all documents falling under: 7) Contract 350 EUTF NOA-TN-01-14 (ICMPD) Opérationalisation de la mise en ouevre de la stratégie nationale migratoire de la TUnisie As for the rest of the documents, I would agree to have them processed as part of subsequent requests, once the three sets of documents outlined above have been processed.
