Dear Sir or Madam, Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents containing the following information: a) Any and all documents regarding and/or mentioning any and all funding provided by the European Commission to the Kingdom of Morocco since 2013 to date. Specifically, I am interested in documents that state: - the type and/or purpose of the funding (for instance, migration matters, development, etc) - the date and timeframe for the receipt and execution of the funding - the amount provided - under which EU programme or budget is the funding being provided - the intended use of the funding and any expected results or deliverables. a) Any and all documents regarding and/or mentioning any and all funding provided by the European Commission to the Kingdom of Spain since 2013 to date. In particular, I am interested in funding for - or related to - the Nador/Melilla border, any other border control measure, border infrastructure and/or migration management purpose. Specifically, I am interested in documents that state: - the type and/or purpose of the funding (for instance, migration matters, development, etc) - the date and timeframe for the receipt and execution of the funding - the amount provided - under which EU programme or budget is the funding being provided - the intended use of the funding and any expected results or deliverables.
