Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001 (and 1367/2006), I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All correspondence (including, but not limited to, emails and their attachments, letters, memos, notes taken during conversations or meetings) and all documents (including, but not limited to, briefings, notes, minutes, papers, non-papers, or reports) created or held by Frontex regarding, related to, or mentioning...
1.) ... internal rules and guidelines about the use of undressings and body searches in Frontex operations;
2.) ... internal rules, guidelins and protocols of how to deal with migrants, asylum-seekers or refugees who show signs of sexual exploitation, abuse, or assault;
3.) ... internal rules, guidelins and protocols of how to deal with testimonies of people who report to have been forcefully undressed or body searched in an inappropriate way by Frontex officers or Frontex partners in its areas of deployment, such as the Greek Coast Guard;
4.) ... allegations of sexual harassment, abuse, assault, rape, forced undressings, sexualized body searches or other forms of sexual violence, either by FRONTEXT staff or its partners in the areas of deployment;
5.) ...allegations of any type of sexual violence, such as abuse, assault, rape or sex trafficking by third parties, including, but not limited to smugglers, interpreters, or human traffickants;
Moreover, I'd like to request access to...
6.) ... all serious incidents reports filed by Frontex since 2016 which contain allegations of undressings, body searches, forms of sexualized humiliation and all other forms of sexual violence, including, but not limited to sexual harrassment, abuse, or rape;
7.) ... anonymized versions of submissions through Frontex’s complaints mechanism, which are not under current investigation anymore, and contain allegations of undressings, body searches, and all forms of sexual violence, including, but not limited to, sexual harrasment, abuse, assualt, rape, etc.;
8.) ... the total number of submissions through Frontex’s complaints mechanism which contain allegations of undressings, body searches, and all forms of sexual violence including, but not limited to, sexual harrasment, assault, abuse, rape, etc.;
7.) ... all other reports, submissions, or documents in Frontex’s fundamental rights monitoring system that contain allegations of undressings, body searches, and all forms of sexual violence, including, but not limited to, sexual harrasment, abuse, assault, rape, etc.
