Dear Sir or Madam,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

any and all:
- Correspondence - including, but not limited to, letters, e-mails, and any attachments
- Documents – including, but not limited to, evaluations, descriptions, briefing, notes, reports, analysis

with regards to the decision to include Frontex in attending the SIS II Advisory Group’s meetings as an observer since 2019.

Dear Melek Bazgan, Before we proceed with the request, and in accordance with Article 5(3) of eu-LISA’s Management Board Decision 2022-090<https://www.eulisa.europa.eu/AboutUs/Documents/MB%20Decissions/2022-090_Practical%20arrangements%20regarding%20public%20access%20to%20the%20documents%20held%20by%20the%20Agency.pdf> (hereinafter Decision No 2022-090), all initial applications must be accompanied by an identity document or, in the case of legal persons, the proof of registered office along with the proof of the link between the individual presenting the application and the legal person. We kindly ask you to provide a copy of an identity document by Thursday 25/05 eob. Please, kindly note as per Article 6(1) of the Decision No 2022-090, only applications presented in compliance with Article 5 are registered and further processed. If you do not contact the Agency within this timeframe, your request will be considered as closed, and will not be further processed. Best regards,
