[2] ST 8281 2023 INIT - NOTE13/04/2023 – Scoping paper for the High-Level Expert Group on access to data for effective law enforcement Please include all types of documents, in particular, but not limited to: presentations, work papers, notes, emails, drafts, summaries, answers and announcements of dates for further meetings related to the subjects of the topics of the retention of communication records (data retention, quick freeze) and to the access to that data.
