National Migration Information System in Tunisia, MIGRADATA

Dear Sir or Madam,

In 16 February 2023 the first National Migration Information System in Tunisia, MIGRADATA, was launched in the framework of the EU-funded project ProGreS II – “Migration Governance” component, implemented by ICMPD Tunisia and led by the National Observatory for Migration (ONM). https://south.euneighbours.eu/news/tunisia-launches-its-first-national-information-system-on-migration/

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents containing the following information:

1) all correspondence - including but not limited to e-mails, letters, notes, phone call logs and any other messages exchanged, as well as all annexes and attachments - regarding, discussing or mentioning the National Migration Information System in Tunisia

2) for any meetings held regarding, to discuss or to elaborate the National Migration Information System in Tunisia
- the agenda of each meeting;
- a list of all attendees, including job title and name of the agency, governmental body, European institution, organisation or entity each attendee represents;
- all reports, summaries, minutes, notes, or record-keeping of any kind produced as an outcome of these meetings;
- all supporting material used during the course of this meeting, such as presentations, audiovisual material, as well as briefings, drafts, notes, or any other relevant document, including all annexes;
- all documents created or received in preparation for each of these meetings;
- all documents created in the aftermath or as a follow-up to each of these meetings.
- all documents used as a basis or in support of the National Migration Information System in Tunisia, such as studies, reports, analysis, statistics, evaluations, briefings, and/or proposals or recommendations by third parties or stakeholders of any kind.

Dear Ms Deleja-Hotko, We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents registered on 30 January 2024 under case number EASE 2024/0590. We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the prescribed time limit expiring on 20 February 2024, due to further internal consultations.
