Our ref.: A(2021)1369 - Time limit extension Dear Ms Izuzquiza, Your request based on Regulation (EC) No. 1049/2001 for public access to documents related to the black box campaign is still being processed due to the large number of documents to be reviewed and an exceptionally high workload at the moment. In principle, the deadline of 15 working days to respond to the request should end at the end of today 05.03. It is therefore hereby extended by 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. Thank you for your understanding, Yours sincerely,
