Dear European Asylum Support Office, Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting: For what regards the work done by the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) with Europol and Frontex on the issuing of the reports: Tackling Migrant Smuggling in the Western Balkans; Joint Analysis on Secondary Movements, as listed on the EMPACT General Factsheet – Facilitated Illegal Immigration - 2020 Results, page 2 - (https://www.consilium.europa.eu/media/50206/combined-factsheets.pdf), I am requesting the following: 1. The full joint reports produced by the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) with EUROPOL and Frontex on the topic of migrant smuggling; 2. The agenda of all meetings in which the reports “Tackling Migrant Smuggling in the Western Balkans; Joint Analysis on Secondary Movements” were discussed; 3. A list of all attendees, including job title and name of the agency, governmental body, European institution, organisation or company each attendee represents; 4. All presentations by EASO, Frontex and Europol shown during the course of these meetings. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any doubts or question in regards to this request.
