Request for documents related to Norwegian correspondence around EU taxonomy amendment
Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and Regulation 1367/2006 on the application of the provisions of the Aarhus Convention on Access to Information in Environmental Matters, I am requesting documents containing the following information:
As related to the EU Taxonomy Complementary Climate Delegated Act approved in principle on 2 February 2022 (see: https://finance.ec.europa.eu/publications/eu-taxonomy-complementary-climate-delegated-act-accelerate-decarbonisation_en):
Any and all documents in the time period from 01 April 2021 to 24 August 2023, including correspondence, communication, research or presentations given by or on the behalf of:
- The Storting Office of the Norwegian Parliament in Brussels Per S. Nestande;
- Any Norwegian regional offices based in Brussels (including Stavanger Region European Office, North Norway European Office, etc.);
- Fornybar Norge / Renewables Norway;
- Industri Energi;
- Næringslivets Hovedorganisation (NHO);
- Agder Energy Group;
- Equinor EU Affairs Office;
- Nel Hydrogen;
- Rystad Energy.
Documents may include but are not limited to correspondence including emails, meeting minutes, memos, documents exchanged during meetings, briefings, studies, attachments, any proprietary documents for meetings, any research, presentations or any other relevant documents related to or regarding communication or meetings in reference to the creation, scope or application of the EU Taxonomy Complementary Climate Delegated Act.
