Dear Sir or Madam, Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents containing the following information: As related to the EU Taxonomy Complementary Climate Delegated Act approved in principle on 2 February 2022 (see: https://finance.ec.europa.eu/publications/eu-taxonomy-complementary-climate-delegated-act-accelerate-decarbonisation_en): Any and all documents in the time period from 01 April 2021 to 24 August 2023, including correspondence, communication, research or presentations given by or on the behalf of: - The Mission of Norway to the EU; - Finans Norge / Finance Norway; and - Norwegian Chambers of Commerce. Documents may include but are not limited to correspondence including emails, meeting minutes, memos, documents exchanged during meetings, briefings, studies, attachments, any proprietary documents for meetings, any research, presentations or any other relevant documents related to or regarding communication or meetings in reference to the creation, scope or application of the EU Taxonomy Complementary Climate Delegated Act.
