My initial request was sent on August 24 2023, and my follow up reply was sent on October 16 2023. FISMA has failed to reply to both correspondences. As per Article 7(4) and Article 8(3) of Regulation 1049/2001, if you do not respond, I will have to consider your failure to reply within the prescribed time limit a negative reply and will thus be entitled to institute court proceedings against the institution and/or make a complaint to the Ombudsman, under the relevant provisions of the EC Treaty.
