Dear European External Action Service, Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents: For the years 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2022 to date: - all contracts, (technical) arrangements, memorandums of understanding, or agreements signed or held by the EEAS regarding the provision of services or support of any kind - including, but not limited to, trainings - (to be) delivered to the Libyan Navy/Coast Guard. - all training materials – including, but not limited to, presentations, reports, guides, guidelines, handouts, and audio-visual material such as videos – created or held by the EEAS for the purpose of training programs for Libyan Navy/Coast Guard.
