-All proposals for restrictive measures (autonomous listings) in relation to individuals allegedly involved in child kidnapping from Ukraine and trafficking to Russia. Including full reasoning in relation to these individuals (i.e. documentary evidence presented)
-Minutes from the regional working party meeting in relation to this topic (including any presentations from sanctions experts EEAS; as well as any input from the Commission and Council Legal Service)
-Any assessments from the in country HoMs that may have flowed into decision-making
-Minutes of the legal, technical and horizontal discussion concerning the proposed measures in RELEX, including any concrete presentations by the Commission and/or the EAAS
-All drafts/documents in relation to individuals designated in L332 I/p.404-p.414 of the Official Journal of the European Union, 16.12.2022
-All drafts/documents in relation to any individuals suspected of assisting Russian child trafficking, but omitted during the deliberation process.
